Pay-as-you-go
1 x 60 minute initial consultation for 1 person $180 (online or phone $170)
1 x 30 minute nutritional follow-up $95 (online or phone $90)
1 x 15 minute check up $55 (online or phone $50)
1 x 90 minute joint initial consultation for you and a friend or family member $280 (online or phone $265)
1 x 45 minute joint follow-up $150 (online or phone $140)
MAD clients
1 x 90 minute joint initial consultation for you and a friend or family member $250 (online or phone $235)

Home visits
All home visits incur an additional $50 per visit to account for our travel time and associated on-road charges.

Payments are non-refundable and unused sessions are unable to be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Referral Programme - share the wealth of wellness
Surrounding yourself with a support network is vital to help you on the road to achieving optimal health and wellness. Do you have any family or friends who may benefit from our help and be able to support you on your journey? Refer them to us and they'll get 25% OFF the full price of an initial consultation (a savings of $45). We'll also make you a part of our referral programme, which works like this:

Your family or friends must attend the initial consultation to be eligible.
They must also mention you on their booking form so we can keep track of things.
Payment Options
At our clinic, we accept cash or eftpos at the time of your appointment . If you have booked an online nutritionist consultation with us or you would prefer to prepay for your clinic consultation, you can pay using PayPal. All online payments must be received by ABC Nutrition at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to pay prior to your appointment, will result in this payment method not being available for future payments.
Cancellation Policy
Helping you reach your health and wellness goals is really important to us. We appreciate that from time-to-time plans change and you may need to cancel an appointment. Where possible, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, to allow other clients the opportunity to make an appointment. Otherwise we may ask that you pay a 50% cancellation fee.
Please note that for our packages, which are offered at a discounted rate, any sessions which are not attended or cancelled within the 24 hour notice period, will become void.
If you are running late, we may not always be able to complete the full consultation, but we always appreciate a phone call or text to let us know. This will help us accommodate any changes which may be required.
Insurance Rebates
Nutrition services provided by a NZ Registered Dietitian may be eligible for rebates from some private health insurance providers depending on your insurance fund or level of cover. Contact your health insurer to see if you are eligible.
