We have a range of different nutrition programmes and packages tailored to suit your health and wellbeing needs. 

Please note we have increased our fees as of 1st April 2018.



  • 1 x 60 minute initial consultation for 1 person $180 (Skype or phone $170)
  • 1 x 30 minute nutritional follow-up $95 (Skype or phone $90)
  • 1 x 15 minute check up $55 (Skype or phone $50)
  • 1 x 90 minute joint initial consultation for you and a friend or family member $280 (Skype or phone $265)
  • 1 x 45 minute joint follow-up $150 (Skype or phone $140)

Package deals

Bronze Healthy Eating Programme - $265 (save $10)

  • 1 x initial consultation, including assessment of your food diary 
  • 1 x personalised eating / meal plan
  • 1 x 30 minute follow-up

Silver Healthy Eating Programme - $350 (save $20)

  • 1 x initial consultation including, assessment of your food diary
  • 1 x personalised eating / meal plan
  • 2 x 30 minute follow-ups

Gold Healthy Eating Programme - $435 (save $30)

  • 1 x initial consultation, including food diary assessment
  • 1 x personalised eating / meal plan
  • 3 x 30 minute follow-ups (or 1 x follow-up and 1 x one-on-one supermarket tour)

Concession card

  • 5 x 30 minute follow-ups - $380 (your 5th session is FREE)

Payment Options

At our clinic, we accept cash or eftpos payment at the time of your appointment . Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards however, you are able to prepay for consultations via our online store. ALL Skype, online and phone consultations must be also prepaid via our online store. Any payments made via our website must be received by ABC Nutrition Ltd at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to pay prior to your appointment, will result in this payment method not being available for future payments.

Insurance Rebates

Nutrition services provided by a NZ Registered Dietitian may be eligible for rebates from some private health insurance providers depending on your insurance fund or level of cover. Contact your health insurer to see if you are eligible.

Cancellation Policy

Helping you reach your health and wellness goals is really important to us. We appreciate that from time-to-time plans change and you may need to cancel an appointment. Where possible, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, to allow other clients the opportunity to make an appointment. Otherwise we may ask that you pay a 50% cancellation fee. If you are running late, we may not always be able to complete the full consultation, but we always appreciate a phone call or text to let us know. This will help us accommodate any changes which may be required.
