Whether you'd like to visit us in person or you'd prefer a consultation online or over the phone, our experienced team of nutrition professionals are here to help. 

At ABC Nutrition, we believe that ongoing and regular support provided by your dietitian is the most effective way to get the results you desire.

While ‘quick fixes’ may get results initially, often these fall by the wayside as time goes on and old habits resume. To make lifelong and long-lasting changes, which will optimise your health, we recommend working with a dietitian over a period of time, rather than a one-off session.

With this in mind, we have created a number of packages to help meet your needs. You can discuss which option will best suit your needs, during your FREE 15 minute discovery call.


Our fees & packages

Initial Nutrition Assessment

$255 (in-person) or $225 (virtual)

Our initial assessment is where we get things started. We’ll learn what makes you tick and what your health and wellness goals are. Nutrition is about making long-term changes. Therefore, to get the most benefit from working with a dietitian, we recommend all our clients embark on one of our personalised packages. However, if you feel that you only need an assessment to understand where your starting point is, we will provide you with a personalised action plan to work through.

* Goal setting based on your nutrition and health requirements

* A personalised Action Plan to help you reach your goals

Ongoing Support

Follow-ups 30 mins

$135 (in-person) or $110 (online)

Our follow-up appointments are where we focus on and refine your goals and actions even further based on how you have been progressing. They are also an opportunity to provide more in-depth education and tools, and provide an opportunity for further monitoring and adjustments.

While our initial consultation establishes your baseline, our follow-ups allow for the evaluation of progress and identifying any challenges faced. This adaptive approach ensures that the approach we take remains relevant and effective over time.

Additionally, follow-up appointments promote accountability. Regular check-ins can help motivate you to stay committed to your goals. Follow-up sessions also provide a platform for education. As you begin to implement new tools, you may encounter questions or need clarity on specific topics. Follow-ups allow you to address these concerns with your dietitian.

Follow-up appointments can sometimes also reveal underlying issues that may not have been apparent during the initial consultation. Adjustments such as addressing food intolerances, managing nutritional deficiencies, or adapting plans for specific lifestyle changes can be addressed in more detail.

Is cost a barrier to booking an initial assessment or package with us?

Insurance Rebates

Nutrition services provided by an NZ Registered Dietitian may be eligible for rebates from some private health insurance providers depending on your insurance fund or level of cover. Typically, this will require to pay for your appointment with us and then lodge a claim via your insurer for reimbursement. Please get in touch with your health insurer to see if you are eligible and if so, request a receipt from us so you can submit this.


The Fine Print

Financial Policy

An invoice will be sent to you at the completion of your initial nutrition assessment. You can pay via online banking or Stripe (for credit card payments). Payments must be received by ABC Nutrition within 24 hours of your completed appointment.

Failure to make payment within the 24-hour period may result in your outstanding payment, being transferred to a Debt Collection Agency for retrieval. If you default on payment, you are liable to pay all costs associated with collecting payment. Future appointments will also be canceled until your payment has been received.

All packages are to be paid in full at the time of purchase. Package payments are non-refundable and unused sessions are unable to be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Cancellation Policy

Helping you reach your health and wellness goals is important to us. We appreciate that from time to time you may need to cancel an appointment. Where possible, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, to allow other clients the opportunity to make an appointment.

  • If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time, there will be no cancellation charge.

  • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we will ask that you kindly pay a 50% cancellation fee.

Please note that for our packages, any sessions not attended or canceled within the 24-hour notice period will become void.

If you are running late, we may not always be able to complete the full consultation, but we always appreciate a phone call or text to let us know. This will help us accommodate any changes which may be required.
