What happens after I submit my form?

1. Connect with Your Dietitian

We’ll match and connect you with the best dietitian for your needs. You’ll receive this email within 48 hours.

2. Opt In

You will be set-up on our client portal, which will request you ‘Opt-In”

3. Book Your Appointment Time

Your dietitian will contact you directly to offer appointment times at your preferred location or online.

You’ll be invoiced at completion of your consultation.

4. Pre-Assessment Form

You will be emailed a copy of our nutrition pre-assessment form once your appointment time has been confirmed. Please submit this at least 24 hours before your appointment.

The Fine Print

  • When you book an appointment with ABC Nutrition, you agree to the terms set out in our Service Agreement. This will be emailed out to you at the time your initial consultation appointment is confirmed.

  • When you book an appointment with ABC Nutrition, you’re agreeing to make payment when it’s due. We’ve kept our payment options simple so you can choose what works best for you.

    Paying by Credit Card

    If you’d like to pay by credit card—or use our weekly payment option for packages—you can securely save your card details online when you complete your Pre‑Assessment Questionnaire. If you prefer, you can also provide your card details at the end of your appointment.

    Paying by Invoice / Online Banking

    If online banking is more your style, we’ll email you an invoice once your appointment is complete. Payments need to be made within 24 hours.

    If payment isn’t received within that timeframe, your account may be passed on to a Debt Collection Agency. You’ll be responsible for any costs involved in recovering the outstanding amount, and any future appointments will be cancelled until payment has been made.

    All prices include GST and are listed in NZD.

    Packages

    • All packages are to be paid in full upon receipt of our invoices or via weekly payments.

    • The weekly payment option is available and includes a 3% service fee.

    • Package payments are non-refundable and unused sessions are unable to be transferred or redeemed for cash.

    • Any session cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time or no-shows, become void.

  • Helping you reach your health and wellness goals is really important to us. We appreciate that from time to time you may need to cancel an appointment. Where possible, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, to allow other clients the opportunity to make an appointment.

    • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment 24-hours or more before your scheduled appointment time, there will be no cancellation charge.

    • If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we will ask that you kindly pay a 50% cancellation fee. If you have shared your credit card with us, you agree that this will be automatically charged accordingly. Alternatively, an invoice will be issued you to at the time of your scheduled appointment and you agree to pay this invoice when it falls due.

    Please note that for our packages, any sessions which are not attended or canceled within the 24-hour notice period will become void.

    If you are running late, we may not always be able to complete the full consultation, but we always appreciate a phone call or email to let us know. This will help us accommodate any changes which may be required. 

    • After your 12 week program has finished, you can continue access for $25 month.

    • Payments are charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled.

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

    • Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

    • All payments are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

    • Access to the Resource Hub is personal, non-transferable, and for individual use only.

    • Content provided within the Resource Hub is for educational purposes only and does not replace personalised nutrition or medical advice.

    • We reserve the right to update, modify, or add content to the Resource Hub at any time.

    • Pricing and subscription terms may be updated with reasonable notice.

    • All content on the Resource Hub

    Content Use & Copyright

    • All content within the ABC Nutrition Resource Hub (including but not limited to text, PDFs, workbooks, meal plans, videos, and tools) is protected by copyright.

    • Content is provided for personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, reproduced, copied, altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from ABC Nutrition.

    • You may not provide access to the ABC Nutrition Resource Hub or its materials to any other person.

    • Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of content may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

  • We understand it is not always practical to come into see us in clinic and our dietitians are happy to come and see you in the community. Our dietitians will charge travel time and mileage for instances where they are required to travel to a client’s home or workplace.

    Travel time is charged for all travel over 30 min at a rate of $2.50 per minute.

    Mileage is charged when travel exceeds 20km on a round trip. This is at a rate of $0.94 per km, less the first 20km.

    Travel is calculated to/from our base on Rosebank Rd, Avondale to your home/workplace.

    All fees are GST inclusive.
