About Sasha
Background:
Sasha is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian, having previously trained and worked as a Social Worker. She enjoys working with clients of different ethnicities, nationalities, ages and life stages.
When she is not working, Sasha loves all kinds of food related activities like gardening, cooking and tasting new foods. Her favorite people in the world (two children and husband), enjoy her cooking too (when it’s not too spicy or adventurous!).

Sasha uses a holistic approach to nutrition care that includes mental, physical, spiritual, environmental and social aspects of wellbeing. She enjoys being a part of people’s journeys to improve health and wellbeing.
