Rochelle is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian, having completed a Bachelor of Consumer and Applied Science in Human Nutrition, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and a Masters of Dietetics all through the University of Otago. She started her career in sales and social media development before training as a dietitian. She has clinical experience working in a variety of areas and has previously worked at Oamaru and Dunedin hospitals. Rochelle is based in Wellington and will be working within the ACC sector providing education and support for people with a spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury and a number of other conditions. Additionally, Rochelle also works as a clinical dietitian for the Capital and Coast District Health Board.
Rochelle is passionate about helping individuals meet their health goals with small sustainable changes. She can help with weight management, weight gain, gastrointestinal disorders and supporting those with specific nutritional requirements for optimal rehabilitation. Rochelle is also an Accredited Optifast Dietitian.
