Laura Peat

Laura is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with a Master of Health Science - in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Auckland. She has had experience in a variety of areas including; healthy eating, weight management, malnutrition, and enteral feeding. Laura has a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, and conducted her Master’s thesis on Coeliac Disease.


Laura has a passion for education and has presented tailored seminars for healthy eating, diabetes, and sports nutrition to numerous entities. She loves working with others and has volunteered with the Garden to Table programme, the National Heart foundation, and the New Zealand Nutrition Foundation.


Laura is passionate about health and nutrition, and loves being an influencer of positive change. She has a caring attitude and enjoys working with her clients to make realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes. Her approach includes educating, encouraging, empowering and supporting clients on their journey of health and wellness.


Outside of work, Laura enjoys exploring the great outdoors (camping, tramping, skiing and sailing), playing sport (hockey and adventure racing), experimenting in the kitchen, and spending quality time with friends and family.
