Laura is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian with a Master of Health Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Auckland. She has experience in a range of areas including healthy eating, weight concerns, malnutrition, and enteral feeding. Laura also has a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, and conducted her Master’s thesis on Coeliac Disease.

Laura’s passion lies working alongside people; empowering them to become their best version of themselves. Her approach includes working collaboratively to make tailored, sustainable lifestyle goals as well as educating, encouraging, and supporting.

Laura enjoys sharing her knowledge and has presented tailored seminars for healthy eating, diabetes, and sports nutrition. She has a caring attitude and enjoys working with others. She has volunteered with the Garden to Table programme, the National Heart Foundation, and the New Zealand Nutrition Foundation.

In her spare time, you will find Laura exploring the great outdoors, playing hockey, or competing in adventure races. Otherwise she’ll be experimenting in the kitchen or whipping up a storm to feed and spend time with her nearest and dearest.
