Sarah is a dietitian with over 10 years experience working within the public and private sectors in New Zealand and the UK. She obtained her Bachelor of Physical Education, Bachelor of Science majoring in Human Nutrition and Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics through Otago University. Sarah has worked in the clinical setting in a number of hospitals in the UK, and Wellington Hospital in New Zealand. She has been working for the past 3 years in the ACC sector providing education and support to clients with an injury or disability.
Sarah is experienced in motivating and helping people to lose or gain weight after illness or injury. She also provides support to clients with gastrointestinal issues, poor wound healing, and those with specific nutritional requirements for supporting rehabilitation.
Sarah fully supports the non-diet approach and believes everyone can achieve and benefit from a nutritious intake without feeling like they are missing out. Her passion is to support and guide her clients in finding a way to improve their health through good nutrition and lifestyle changes. She will take into account her clients individual situation, and develop a plan that will enable them to consume foods that they enjoy without feeling like they are on a diet.
